Spring is almost here! It’s literally just days away! Yay! Annnnnnd around our house we absolutely love spring!  We have been waiting all winter for warmer weather to finally show up. ha! We have birthdays, Easter, spring break & soccer all happening within in the next few weeks. We also love to celebrate once warmer weather hits by going outside, taking a walk, planting a garden & spending time as a family. One of our favorite ways to celebrate anytime is by making cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Yum! We have a cinnamon roll tradition for holidays, Sunday mornings, birthdays and any special occasion. We have had this family tradition for years! Pillsbury Grands!™ Cinnamon rolls are a great cinnamon roll to start with. Alright, let’s get to this yummy recipe!

One of our favorite spring traditions is harvesting our strawberries in our strawberry patch. I’ve blogged about that before! We are kind of obsessed with strawberries! ha! We always make strawberry freezer jam with those strawberries, too. Yum! Strawberry freezer jam would be perfect to use in this recipe. If you don’t have any freezer jam available, strawberry pie filling will work, too! :)

For this recipe you will need:
(2) cans of Pillsbury Grands!™ Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing*
1/2 can strawberry filling or 1 cup strawberry freezer jam
cream cheese icing (comes with the cinnamon rolls)
*You can find these cinnamon rolls at Walmart in the refrigerated section. :)

First, you will grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Bake your cinnamon rolls according to the package instructions until they have that nice golden brown color. Remove from the oven.

Warm strawberry pie filling until warm either in the microwave (cover first!) or in a saucepan. Pour strawberries over the top of the warm cinnamon rolls.

Stir the cream cheese icing. Then you’ll drizzle the cream cheese icing right over the top. Yum!
