make your own ice cream sandwiches
I really hesitate to call this an actual recipe….more like putting a few things together to make a quick treat! ha! For this “recipe” you’ll need: ice cream, graham crackers & sprinkles. Since it’s so close to 4th of July I chose to make these red, white & blue, of course! :)

ice cream bar ingredients
First you’ll just slice into your ice cream with a butter knife, and then cut that into rectangles to fit your graham crackers. (I just used one graham cracker broken in two for each ice cream bar.) Put a graham cracker on top & bottom, and then roll it in sprinkles on all 4 sides. That’s it! :)easy ice cream barsThen line them up on wax paper & then put them in the freezer until you are ready to serve! Yum!

  18. These are right up my alley! I'm lovin' these! Especially how easy it will be to switch it up for various holidays! Plus, no chocolate! It puzzles most, but I'm just not a chocolate person! Although you could easily use chocolate or strawberry or whatever flavor ice cream. I need to go buy graham crackers...
