Jumbo Gift Tag Christmas ornaments with DecoArt {tutorial} DecoArt #giveaway

Today I’m excited to be joining with DecoArt to bring you this fun jumbo gift tag Christmas ornament {tutorial}.  They are made with some fabulous DecoArt products, & if you keep reading~ there’s a chance for YOU to win some fun DecoArt products!  Yay!

These ornaments were so easy to make!

For this project you’ll need:

• jumbo wooden tags
• Glamour Dust Glitter Paint {sizzling red & silver bling}
• DecoArt Crafter’s Acrylic paint {westport grey, morning mist grey & bright red}
• Americana® Decoupage (matte)
• foam brush
• Christmas washi tape
• vinyl lettering
• ribbon

Making these was so easy!  I painted my wooden tags with the Crafter’s Acrylic paint.  Then I let them dry.  Then I put two coats of the Glamour Dust Glitter paint on each one.  It’s hard to tell in the pictures but the glitter gave them that little extra holiday sparkle!  I loved it! After all the paint had dried I added some vinyl lettering & Christmas washi tape.  I gave them one coat of the matte Decoupage with a foam brush to make them a little more durable.  Then I added some ribbon.  That was it!

I can’t wait to hang them on our tree which will be up very soon! {Hopefully today!} ;)
